Doha, Qatar – Alfardan Premier Motors Co., the exclusive retailer of Jaguar Land Rover in the State of Qatar, was just recently recognized for its impressive first-class customer service at the 2016 Jaguar Land Rover Technician of the Year and Service Advisor of the Year awards.
The region’s Land Rover Retailer of the Year 2016 accolade was presented to Alfardan Premier Motors as a reward for its outstanding market success over the last year. Delivering excellence on all fronts for the Land Rover brand in Qatar, Alfardan Premier Motors carries the brand’s promise and values at the core of its work.
Scooping up the second award of the night, Alaa Chamas from the Alfardan Premier Motors team was also named the region’s Land Rover Technician of the Year 2016. As part of the twelve Jaguar Land Rover finalists who emerged from the Technician of the Year semi-final rounds, Alaa Chamas competed during the final regional leg of the programme at the Dubai Autodrome (UAE) in January. Alaa Chamas will now go on to attend the Global Jaguar Land Rover Technician of the Year finals which will be held in the United Kingdom in November 2017.
Richard Jabilis from Alfardan Premier Motors also ranked third in the regional Jaguar Technician of the Year 2016 awards. Finding himself in the top three for the second year in a row, Richard’s achievement highlights his ongoing commitment to the Jaguar team.
While the company runs its successful Technician of the Year award challenge every year, the new Service Advisor category is testament to Jaguar Land Rovers’ growing determination to supporting customer service with enhanced skilled and knowledgeable staff.
Driving the Region’s Service Advisor award category forward for the very first time, Mahmoud El Bayroutieh and Ibrahim Albaragheeti from the Alfardan Premier Motors team placed among the nine finalists who emerged from over ninety competition applicants. Showcasing mastery in their field, Mahmoud El Bayroutieh and Ibrahim Albaragheeti were commended for their commitment to the customer-first principles Jaguar Land Rover promises both regionally and globally.
Put to the test through a series of theoretical and practical evaluations, both sets of participants applied their best efforts to demonstrate the expertise Jaguar Land Rover both expects and prides itself on.

Jaguar Land Rover launched a dedicated Regional Training Academy in Dubai in 2014, designed to deliver training programmes to retailers and staff across the entire MENA network. With a regional network forecasted to grow to 58 retailers across 20 markets by 20/21, the Academy serves as a dedicated Regional training facility to enable Jaguar Land Rover to replicate the in-depth training offered by its UK-based Academy.
